TopSpeed Performance School was founded in 1992 as The Sport Science Training System (S³) while Dr Sita was employed at the United States Olympic Training Centers in Colorado Springs CO, San Diego CA & Lake Placid NY. In 1998 S³ moved back to Pennsylvania and Dr Sita became the owner of Fitness Trainers Inc. located in Berwyn, PA.
Starting in 2001 Dr Sita once again worked with United States National Women’s Soccer Team through the 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Upon completion of the Women’s World Cup S³ was located in The TriState Sports Complex in Aston, Delaware County where they were the official speed, strength & Conditioning coaches to the Philadelphia CHARGE, Philadelphia KIXX, and the Philadelphia WINGS. In 2005 S³ changed it’s name to The TopSpeed Performance School (TPS) and moved to the United Sports Training Center in Thorndale, Pennsylvania.
Today TopSpeed is located in a dedicated facility in King of Prussia, PA.
