TopSpeed Performance School sports training was founded in 1992 as The Sport Science Training System (S³) while Dr Sita was employed at the United States Olympic Training Centers in Colorado Springs CO, San Diego CA & Lake Placid NY. In 1998 S³ moved back to Pennsylvania and Dr Sita became the owner of Fitness Trainers Inc. located in Berwyn, PA.

Starting in 2001 Dr Sita once again worked with United States National Women’s Soccer Team through the 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Upon completion of the Women’s World Cup S³ was located in The TriState Sports Complex in Aston, Delaware County where they were the official speed, strength & Conditioning coaches to the Philadelphia CHARGE, Philadelphia KIXX, and the Philadelphia WINGS. In 2005 S³ changed it’s name to The TopSpeed Performance School (TPS) and moved to the United Sports Training Center in Thorndale, Pennsylvania.

Today TopSpeed is located in a dedicated facility in King of Prussia, PA. 

Sports training is offered year-round, seven days per week. Male and female athletes range in age anywhere from 8 years old to college level athletes. All sessions are 60 minutes in duration and include instruction in critical topics such as injury prevention, flexibility, SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness), and full-body functional strength training. Your first class is always free!

Whether you’re a high level athlete, weekend warrior, looking to lose weight or trying to learn to manage/recover from an injury; TopSpeed has the expertise, advance medical education, and specialized certifications to handle all of your metabolic, cardiac or orthopedic needs & issues.

TopSpeed offers the Philadelphia area’s ONLY medically supervised, appropriately periodized, Metabolic Re-Activation Training classes designed by a PhD Exercise Scientist and MS Physical Therapist. These group classes are supervised by qualified instructors and programmed specifically to eliminate muscular imbalances, increase flexibility, strengthen & stabilize core, correct posture and increase functional strength & endurance. Classes are 60 minutes in duration. Your first class is always free! Drop-ins are welcome at $20 per class.

TopSpeed’s PowerPlay program provides physically and/or cognitively delayed/disabled individuals with a fun, supportive and challenging environment to strengthen the mind, body and soul.

TopSpeed isn’t your average neighborhood gym or national-chain health club. All of our equipment and each of our staff members have been hand-picked to fully engage you in functional, full-body exercises.  Members can access the facility at any time during normal business hours and come and go as they please.
