Junior Sports Performance
JUNIOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE
The JUNIOR Level is open to beginner elementary & middle school athletes, age 9 through 11 years looking for sports training. Athletes must demonstrate the ability to focus and a strong desire to improve their athletic performance.
Scholastic sports performance training classes are offered year-round, six-days-a-week, Monday through Saturday. All Elite junior sports performance training classes are 60 minutes in duration and include active dynamic warm-up, core strength training & stability, footwork/quickness, linear speed or agility. Strength Training is limited to demonstration of proper body mechanics & posture during body weight coaching.
