TopSpeed Staff Matt Rodriguez

Matt Rodriguez, BS, CSCS

Matt played 3rd base for the 13th nationally ranked baseball team in Division II NJCAA while at Mercer County Community College, where he earned an Associates Degree in Exercise Science in 2013… Recent graduate of Montclair State University (NJ) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science… Completed an internship in the Fall of 2015 with the University of Pennsylvania Strength and Conditioning Department, where he assisted the staff with Penn’s 31 Varsity Sports including the Ivy League champion football team… Served as the strength coach for the Women’s Swimming and Diving team during his time at Penn.  Matt is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association… CPR/AED certified from the American Red Cross.


Sean Hoffman TopSpeed School Staff

Sean Hoffman, BS

Sean is 2010 graduate of Springford HS where he was a 3 year varsity letter winner in Lax… Graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. Sean is an elite level Tae Kwon Do practitioner earning a 4th degree black belt…has been a US National Team Member in 2007, 2010 & 2012 and participated in, and won 3 world titles as a welterweight in a variety of events (Power Breaking & Patterns)… has also been selected (2012) as a senior competitor coach for the US National Tae Kwon Do Team.



Gina Cugini, AS, NASM-CPT

Gina is a 2011 graduate of Springfield High School where she was a 4-year member of the volleyball team… Earned an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from Delaware County Community College in 2014… Gina is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine… CPR/AED certified from the American Red Cross… TRX qualified instructor.


Evan Zielinski, BA

Evan is a 2014 graduate from Neumann University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications & Media Arts. During his time at Neumann, Evan was a 3x captain for the Men’s lacrosse team… Member of the Student Athlete Leadership Committee and NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee… He received the Randy Mills Award (Most Passionate Neumann Athlete) and Nicholas Colleluori Award (Most Relentless Athlete). Currently pursuing his Masters in Sports Leadership through Northeastern University… Evan is looking to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association this spring… First Aid/CPR/AED certified from the American Red Cross.
