Dr Nicholas Sita is a PhD Exercise Physiologist, An MS Occupational Therapist, A Master of Physical Therapy, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.
He is a USAW Certified Sport Performance Coach, An ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, A NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and a NASM Certified Performance Specialist.
Standout athlete at Conestoga High School where he earned 8 varsity letters in 3 sports…Captain of 2 teams… multi-year PIAA State Wrestling Championships Qualifier…EPRU/ERU School-Boy Select-Side Player in rugby…Freshman All-American Wrestler at Drexel University…Team Captain, Conference Champion and Division I NCAA National Wresting Qualifier at East Stroudsburg University…founded, captained & coached the ESU Men’s Rugby Team…named an EPRU/ERU Collegiate Select-Side Player…During college became a “pool member” of the U.S. Nation Judo Team, qualifying as an alternate for the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, CA…Earned Black belt in Kodenkan Jiu Jitsu, 2nd degree Black belt in Kodokan Judo (Japanese) and Brown belt in Gracie/BJJ Jiu Jitsu (Brazilian).

…In 1998 returned to the Philadelphia area to co-found The Sport Science System (S³), Fitness Trainers Inc. (FTI), The Parisi Speed School, and TopSpeed Performance School (TPS) operating out of a variety of facilities (TriState Sports, United Sports Training Center, Berwyn Squash & Fitness, and Aspiring Champions Training Center)… currently resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
